Ability Property Maintenance is owned and operated by Niagara native Jason Santry.

​

In 1970 Jason Santry was born with Cerebral Palsy, sheer tenacity and desire drove him to have a normal life. Jason broke many barriers to become an active and contributing member of the Greater Niagara community, sitting on and helping run several committees for the St. Catharines Jaycees and always being willing to lend a helping hand to friends and strangers alike.

Working hard to be the best version of himself, as a young man Jason trained in Track and Field and was always involved in local sports. In the 1987 Disabled Olympics all Jason’s hard work paid off when he won 3 gold, 3 silver and 3 bronze medals. This huge achievement fueled Jason's passion for life proving that he could do anything that he put his mind to. Jason Santry has taken the “dis” out of disability with his moto “rock your abilities” something that he does every day with a smile on his face.

Ability Property Maintenance is local to the Niagara Region and as the owner Jason is making the commitment to continue to offer affordable and competitive pricing for all his Niagara neighbours.
